Returns will only be refunded if returned within the given time frame.
We highly recommend always reading the sizing dimensions when added to the product description to avoid ordering the wrong size.
We’ll accept a return of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.

-Anything returned later than the given time frame will not be refunded, but returned to your address.
- Footwear – please try on shoes on soft and clean surfaces (with socks for hygienic reasons) before you wear them outside. We will not be able to accept shoes returned with scratches or sole markings.
- Gift Vouchers – Gift Vouchers may not be returned.

-If your item arrived damaged and you're returning it without stating the damage along with photo evidence in the "returns" email, you will not receive a full refund. Instead it will be treaded as if you damaged the item.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND
In the subject field type "REFUND" and your ORDER # (eg. Refund PO234)
In the email please include:
Headline: Reason for return (e.g. Item arrived damaged or ordered wrong size)
If item is damaged, please give a thorough description of any fault on the item.
If item arrived damaged, Photo clearly depicting the fault

Mention if you prefer a credit note rather than a refund. There is no due date on a credit note.
We do not offer exchanges at this point in time. If you want to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and then place a new order for the correct item.
We aim to process returns within 5 business days upon receipt of the package. We'll send you an email when your refund has been processed. If you choose not to use our return label, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your return.

At this stage we are not able to cover the shipping costs on returns. For your own assurance, please make sure to use a trackable shipping method and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed. If the parcel does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund.

If you’re returning goods internationally and the value of your return item(s) is more than $800, we cannot accept your return as we’re not responsible for paying duties on international returns. If you’re returning several items that sum up to $800 or more, please send them individually to keep each parcel's value under $800. If there are any charges they may be deducted from your final refund.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Upon receipt of the returned items, they will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above. Once cleared, you will receive a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase.
